Commissioners present were Amy M. Dalrymple, <br />Richard B. Hayes, James C. Kelly, Larry "Doc' Oldham, Nathan <br />"M [Paschal, and Robert T. Reives. <br />Commissioner Linda A. Shook was out of town and absent for the meetinatu' <br />Chairman Hayes called the meeting to older and the following business was transacted: <br />County Attorney K. R. With changes made, Commissioner <br />Oldham moved to approve the Agenda as presented! Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />�i�' i 111 11, <br />Aye: Dalify pled Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Pascal, and Reives <br />Nay: ,None '(1 ��) <br />The Chairman ruled th had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives move'ci' approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of the following <br />items: If 111111111111111 111111, 11. <br />• ''Minutes from the November 1, 2010 regular meeting, <br />I) • Tax Releases and Refunds for October 2010 (copies attached); <br />II�III�IiI !Purchase of software license for the Sheriff's Office from Southern Software, Inc. <br />oll in the amount of $12,488 (copy attached); <br />Acceptance of WIC breastfeeding mini -grant in the amount of $2,002.00; <br />• Approved bad debt write -off accounts for FY 2008 -09 for the Health Department <br />in the amount of $3,787.98, <br />• Purchase of new 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe for the Sheriff's Department in the <br />amount of $31,327.50 (Bobby Murray Chevrolet), and <br />• Purchase of new dump truck (Piedmont Truck Center, Greensboro) and new <br />dump bed (Godwin Manufacturing Company, Dunn) for General Services in the <br />• amount of $26,440.00 <br />
