® Kos 0 PAGE 377 <br />ADDENDUM #1 <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSOLIDATION <br />OF CERTAIN PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS <br />WITHIN LEE COUNTY <br />BETWEEN <br />The City of Sanford <br />AND <br />The County of Lee <br />AND <br />Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 <br />AGREEMENT DATED December 21, 2004 <br />The City of Sanford agrees to the following: <br />I. City will abide by the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement existing <br />between Lee County, Lee County Water and Sewer District No. I, and the <br />USDA Rural Development. <br />2. City will continue to use the water distribution facilities for the same purposes <br />for which federal assistance was extended. <br />3.
