%SOX 19 FacF 96 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE LEE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1 JUNE 28, 2004 A meeting of the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 was held in the Gordon Wicker Conference Room, First Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date. Commissioners present were W. Chad Adams. Herbert A. Hincks, Jerry M. Lemmond, Bertha L. Matthews. Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, and Amy L. Stevens. Chairman Hincks presided and Clerk to the Board Gaynell M. Lee acted as Secretary of the meeting. The Board considered Budget Amendment # 06/28/04/420 which finalized end of year budget matters for the Water District. Commissioner Adams moved to approve Budget Amendment # 06/28/04/ 420, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered the Water District Budget Ordinance for FY 2004 -05. After some discussion, Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. I Budget Ordinance for FY 2004 -05, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Ave: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. With no further business to come before the members of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1, Commissioner Lemmond moved to go out of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting.
