Mr. Roop said that he felt it would probably take until July to fully <br />establish the reasons because wanner weather brings on different operatives in the water <br />system. He told the Board that the study was ongoing and its working within the climate <br />and by the end of July he should have a good handle on the amount of flushing that <br />should be occurring. Mr. Roop answered questions from Board members and restated <br />that his report is a work -in- process. He also stated that he receives a monthly report from <br />the City of Sanford that he passes on to Public Works Director Kenny Cole. <br />The Board considered an Ordinance that was adopted at the last meeting <br />concerning civil penalties in mandatory water taps. Public Works Director Kenny Cole <br />discussed various sections of the ordinance and answered questions from Board <br />members. After much discussion, Mr. Cole was asked to revise the ordinance and bring <br />it back to the Board at the nest meeting for discussion and approval. <br />With no further business to come before the Lee County Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 Authority, Chairman Hincks moved to adjourn the Lee County Water and Sewer <br />District No. 1 meeting.
