OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Consideration of Contract with WithersRavenel for Park Master Planning Services <br />The Board approved the selection of WithersRavenel to provide master planning <br />services for Kiwanis Children's Park and O.T. Sloan Park at their meeting on 12/11/2017. <br />Since that time, it has been recommended that Horton and Temple parks also be <br />considered for these services. Finance Director/Assistant County Manager Lisa Minter and <br />Parks and Recreation Director John Payne met with representatives from WithersRavenel <br />Page 215 <br />
