Aye: Dalrymple, Dodson, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Attorney Parrish ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />At this time, the meeting was turned over to Chair Dalrymple. <br />II. ADDITIONAL AGENDA <br />The Board considered changes/additions to the Agenda. Commissioner Dalrymple <br />requested to move Item B from New Business to the Consent Agenda as Item H. With no further <br />changes requested, Commissioner Oldham moved to approve the Agenda as amended. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Dodson, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />III. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Sharpe moved to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of the <br />following items: <br />■ Minutes from the November 13, 2017 Regular Meeting. <br />• Minutes from the November 13, 2017 Closed Session Meeting. <br />■ Minutes from the November 6, 2017 Special Meeting with the Board of <br />Education. <br />■ Tax release and refund report for November 2017. <br />■ Resolution to add Buckroe Drive to the NC DOT Road System. <br />■ Request for approval of proposed fees for the provision of Intrauterine <br />Device (IUD) and Implant Contraception Services. <br />■ Acceptance of revenue from Triangle J Council of Governments to purchase <br />laptop and printer for the Senior Health Insurance Information Program. <br />■ Request for approval of COLTS Replacement Vehicle purchase. <br />Upon vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Dodson, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Pursuant to General Statute § 152A-52.1, Chair Dalrymple opened the floor for Public <br />Comments.
