With no further changes <br />requested, Commissioner Reives moved to approve the Consent Agenda as amended, <br />which consisted of the following items: <br />A. Minutes from the October 16, 2017 Regular Meeting. <br />B. Minutes from the October 2, 2017 Closed Session Meeting. <br />C. Minutes from the October 16, 2017 Closed Session Meeting. <br />D. Tax Release and Refund Report for October 2017. <br />E. Emergency Services Memorandum of Agreement for Purchase of a Remotely <br />Operated Underwater Vehicle. <br />F. NC Disposal Initiative (NCDI) Grant Funds. <br />G. Environmental Protection Agency Local Foods, Local Places 2017-2018 Grant <br />Application. <br />H. Health Department Bad Debt Write -Off for FY 2015-2016. <br />I. Resolution designating five vehicles as surplus. <br />J. Vehicle purchase request from the General Services/Solid Waste Division <br />K. Bid for carpet replacement at the Enrichment Center. <br />L. Appointments to Local Firefighters' Relief Fund Board. <br />M. Request to reduce Resource Management Facility Scale House hours. <br />N. Appointment to the Fire Advisory Board. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried. <br />III.
