3. The property will be sold "as is" with no conditions placed on the bid. <br />4. Title to the subject property shall be transferred to the buyer by a nonwarranty deed. <br />5. The County Manager and appropriate County Officials are authorized to execute the <br />instruments necessary to convey the property. <br />6.
