It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Cape Fear Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1998 and ending on <br />June 30, 1999: <br />Cape Fear District Taxes 52,400 <br />Fund Balance 23,500 <br />In Lieu of Taxes 3,350 <br />TOTAL 79,250 <br />SECTION 37. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Cameron <br />Fire Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1998 and ending on June 30, 1999: <br />Cameron Fire Department 28,964 <br />SECTION 38. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Cameron Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1998 and ending on <br />June 30, 1999: <br />Cameron District Taxes 23,964 <br />Fund Balance 5,000 <br />TOTAL 28,964 <br />SECTION 39. <br />(A) The use of facsimile signatures are approved for county vouchers. - <br />(B) Usage of personal vehicles will be reimbursed at the maximum rate allowed <br />by Federal Tax Laws. <br />(C) The County Manager shall be paid an annual travel allowance of $6,500 for <br />the use of his private automobile. <br />(D) The Lee County Classification Plan and salary schedule incorporated as <br />part of this ordinance by reference and attached hereto are hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 40. There is hereby levied a tax of 71 cents per one hundred dollars <br />($100) valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 1998, for the purpose of <br />raising the revenue listed as "Current Year Property Tax" in the General Fund in Section <br />2 of this ordinance. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of properly for purpose of <br />taxation of $2,538,000,000 and an estimated collection rate of 97.00%. <br />
