0 Ku 17 mu 4230 0 009 <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a rental agreement between the City of Sanford and the <br />County of Lee to relocate the City and County Inspections Departments to the Federal <br />Building. Chairperson Matthews moved to approve the above mentioned rental <br />agreement. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chairperson Matthews nominated herself and Commissioner Jimmie Cox to serve <br />on the advisory committee on planning services. The membership of the committee will <br />consist of two councilmen, the City Manager, County Manager, Community Development <br />Director, chairperson of the City Planning Board and chairperson of the County Planning <br />Board. <br />Commissioner Mansfield made a motion for the Board to revisit the on call pay for <br />various county employees at the next meeting in August. Commissioner Reives seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Mansfield, Matthews and Reives <br />Nay: Garner and Moretz <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted by a three to two vote. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to go into the Water and Sewer District No. 1 <br />Meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After completing business in the Water and Sewer District No. I Meeting, <br />Chairperson Matthews recessed the meeting until 7:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />
