0 <br />BOOK 17 PAGE 436 <br />Dixon Griffin of 5372 County Line Road stated he wished to leave the road name <br />as it currently is. <br />Planner Althea Thompson outlined the rezoning petition by Steve Allmond to <br />rezone from Residential Agricultural 50/40 District, 3.73 acres of land at 3904 and 3934 <br />Center Church Road. <br />Steve Allmond of 3904 Center Church Road and Joe West of 41 15 Henley Road <br />spoke in favor of the rezoning request. <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition to the request: <br />Wendell Johnson <br />3826 Center Church Road <br />Larry Johnson <br />4017 Henley Road <br />Betty Harrison <br />4284 Henley Road <br />Sharon Adkins <br />3934 Center Church Road <br />Commissioner Cox moved to close the public hearings. Commissioner Reives <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Paschal <br />moved to adjourn the meeting.
