Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved the second public hearing for the 1999-2000 <br />Community Development Block Grant be held on September 14, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to open joint public hearings with members of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />E911 Coordinator Don Kovasckitz told the Boards he had received a request to <br />change the name of a private road located off Buckhorn Road from Tufted Titmouse Lane <br />to Pottery Lane. He stated that all four property owners on that road were in favor of the <br />change. <br />No one spoke for or against the renaming request. <br />Mr. Kovasckitz told the Boards a road naming petition requesting that the portion <br />of SR 1172 known as County Line Road be changed to Page Store Road. He stated one <br />mile of this road extends into Moore County. The road is named County Line Road on <br />the Lee County side and Page Store Road on the Moore County side. <br />Commissioner Cox stated that three individuals had contacted him that were <br />opposed to changing the road name. <br />8 <br />
