The Board considered the proposed new Lee County Forestry facility. Commissioner Cox expressed concern that the originally planned building was estimated at $150,000. That amount has now gone to 5181,000 and he is not comfortable with giving money to a group that keeps changing their minds. After some discussion, Commissioner Matthews moved to go ahead with the plans as they currently are to build the office and separate storage building in two phases, and get approval from Victor Harris, Head of Engineering Services prior to beginning each phase.
