009 BOOK V P4GF 450 Commissioner Reives moved to go into the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Gamer, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. After completing business, Commissioner Moretz moved to go out of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1. Commissioner Reives moved to go into closed session to instruct staff concerning the position to be taken by the County in negotiating the price and other material terms of proposed contract for the acquisition of real property and for the purpose of considering the conditions of initial employment of an individual public employee.
