009 <br />BOOK V P4GF 450 <br />Commissioner Reives moved to go into the Lee County Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Gamer, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After completing business, Commissioner Moretz moved to go out of the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. 1. Commissioner Gamer seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to go into closed session to instruct staff <br />concerning the position to be taken by the County in negotiating the price and other <br />material terms of proposed contract for the acquisition of real property and for the <br />purpose of considering the conditions of initial employment of an individual public <br />employee. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After completing business in closed session, Commissioner Mansfield moved to <br />go out of closed session. Commissioner Gamer seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />recessed until 7:00 p.m. <br />After returning at 7:00 p.m., with all members present except Commissioner Cox, <br />the meeting resumed. Chairperson Matthews called the meeting to order.
