004 <br />B60K J7 PAGE 445 <br />Agricultural District to Office and Institutional Distract, approximately 3.73 acres of land <br />at 3904 and 3934 Center Church Road had been withdrawn. <br />Commissioner Mansfield moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning <br />Board for the petition by Joel Lenvnond and Jerry Lemmond to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential 50/40 District, two tracts of land (approximately 45.54 <br />acres) at 3914 Minter School Road. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a recommendation from the Planning Board to change the <br />name of Tufted Titmouse Lane to Pottery Lane. Commissioner Garner moved to approve <br />the recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a recommendation from the Planning Board to leave the <br />name of the portion of secondary road 1172 in Lee County as County Line Road. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a request for the purchase of new Tax Office <br />hardware/software and installation. Information Services Director Lesa Price asked the <br />Board to approve various items relating to this purchase. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />approve the following: <br />• purchase of 1200 line per minute printer for $13,129.00 from <br />Computer Center Software <br />• purchase of two Cisco switches and three terminal cash registers for <br />tax collections in the amount of $25,951.00 from Computer Center <br />Software <br />4 <br />
