010 <br />BaK 17 MF 451 <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Planner Cassandre' Hopkins outlined for the Boards the petition by Edwin <br />Hubbard to rezone 15.25 acres of land at 1805 Cool Springs Road and Hubbard Road for <br />the replacement of a manufactured home. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle swore Mr. Hubbard in before he began his <br />testimony. <br />Mr. Ed Hubbard of 1805 Cool Springs Road spoke in favor of the rezoning <br />petition. <br />Mr. Hayden Lutterloh of 1812 Brandon Circle was sworn in my Mr. K. R. Hoyle <br />before he spoke in opposition to the request. After some discussion and clarification, Mr. <br />Lutterloh withdrew his opposition to the request. <br />Planning Office staff informed the Boards that James Wicker of 811 Valley Road <br />had called their office and stated lie had no opposition to the request. <br />Ms. Hopkins outlined the second rezoning request by Jennings Craig Lantz to <br />rezone from Residential Restricted District to Residential Agricultural District, 16.68 <br />acres of land at 73 Red Holly Drive, located off Valley Road. <br />The following individuals spoke in favor of the rezoning request: <br />Mr. Craig Lantz, 73 Red Holly Drive <br />Ms. Narda Watford, 118 Red Holly Drive <br />Mr. Richard Volz, 1200 Valley Road <br />Amber Austin, 73 Red Holly Drive <br />Bryan Lantz, 73 Red Holly Drive <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Plainer Althea Thompson outlined the third petition by ABC Real Estate, Inc., <br />for property owners New Hill Associates, to rezone from Residential Agricultural and <br />Residential Restricted Districts to Heavy Industrial District, approximately 450 ± acres of <br />land, which is a portion of a 606.04 acre tract of land located east of Cumnock Road and <br />Zimmerman Road. <br />Chairperson Matthews read aloud two letters she had received in support of the <br />rezoning request from A & W Railway and Economic Development Director Bob Heuts. <br />10 <br />
