06 1 <br />BGOK 17 PAGF 478 <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go into the Lee County Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board <br />was in the Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Upon completing business in the <br />Water and Sewer District No. I meeting, Commissioner Cox moved to go out of the <br />meeting. Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chairperson Matthews declared a short recess. Upon returning from recess, with <br />all members present except Commissioner Garner, Commissioner Cox moved to go into <br />closed session to instruct staff concerning the position to be taken by the County in <br />negotiating the price and other material terms of proposed contract for the acquisition of <br />real property. Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board <br />was in closed session. Upon completing business in closed session, Commissioner <br />Mansfield moved to go out of closed session. Commissioner Moretz seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows; <br />Aye: Cox, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to open the public hearing which had been <br />advertised for this date and time to hear comments concerning the proposed 1999-2000 <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Application.
