She stated the rezoning petition by Steve Allmond to rezone 3.73 acres of land at 3904 and 3934 Center Church Road from Residential Agricultural District to Residential Agricultural 80/65 District would be considered. No one spoke for or against the rezoning request. Chairperson Matthews stated the Board of Commissioners would be in recess while the Planning Board deliberated on the above matter. The Planning Board recommended approval of the above rezoning request. Commissioner Garner moved to accept the recommendation of the planning Board. Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. 5
