Chairperson Matthews called the <br />meeting to order. She stated the rezoning petition by Steve Allmond to rezone 3.73 acres <br />of land at 3904 and 3934 Center Church Road from Residential Agricultural District to <br />Residential Agricultural 80/65 District would be considered. <br />No one spoke for or against the rezoning request. <br />Chairperson Matthews stated the Board of Commissioners would be in recess <br />while the Planning Board deliberated on the above matter. <br />The Planning Board recommended approval of the above rezoning request. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to accept the recommendation of the planning Board. <br />Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />5 <br />
