5 <br />Bunx 17 P cr 05 <br />After completing business in the Water and Sewer District meeting, <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go out of the Water and Sewer District meeting. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go into closed session to instruct staff <br />concerning the position to be taken by the County in negotiating the price and other <br />material terms of proposed contract for the acquisition of real property. <br />Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After completing business in closed session, Commissioner Moretz moved to <br />go out of closed session. Allen. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />5 <br />
