5 Bunx 17 P cr 05 After completing business in the Water and Sewer District meeting, Commissioner Moretz moved to go out of the Water and Sewer District meeting. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Moretz moved to go into closed session to instruct staff concerning the position to be taken by the County in negotiating the price and other material terms of proposed contract for the acquisition of real property.
