Allen (for Homes by Vanderbilt) to rezone from Residential <br />Restricted District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use District, approximately 30 <br />acres of land at 3300 Jefferson Davis Highway for a Manufactured Home Sales Center. <br />Commissioner Gamer moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board the Planning Board recommended submitting a <br />resolution to the Department of Transportation requesting Wagon Trail Road be added to <br />the state system. Commissioner Mansfield moved to accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Planner Althea Thompson told the Boards Jean Cashion-Reynolds wished to <br />rezone a 2.14 acre tract of land at 263 Pressley Foushee Road from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Agricultural 50/40 District. <br />Mrs. Jean Cashion-Reynolds of 263 Pressley Foushee Road spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to close the joint public hearing. Commissioner <br />Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />4 <br />
