Allen (for Homes by Vanderbilt) to rezone from Residential Restricted District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use District, approximately 30 acres of land at 3300 Jefferson Davis Highway for a Manufactured Home Sales Center. Commissioner Gamer moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Planner Althea Thompson told the Boards Jean Cashion-Reynolds wished to rezone a 2.14 acre tract of land at 263 Pressley Foushee Road from Residential Agricultural District to Residential Agricultural 50/40 District. Mrs. Jean Cashion-Reynolds of 263 Pressley Foushee Road spoke in favor of the rezoning request. No one spoke in opposition to the request. Commissioner Reives moved to close the joint public hearing.
