Commissioner Reives <br />moved to approve the Ordinance Extending a Temporary Moratorium on Oil and <br />Gas Development within Lee County for 24 months. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Dodson, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. A second and <br />final vote will be held at the November 13th Board of Commissioners Meeting. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />B. Ordinance to Allow the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Before Noon on Sundays <br />A public hearing for the proposed Ordinance to Allow the Sale of Alcoholic <br />Beverages before Noon on Sundays was held on September 18, 2017. The Board held a <br />first reading and vote on the ordinance at the October 2, 2017 meeting with the vote <br />passing unanimously. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the Ordinance to Allow the <br />Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Before Noon on Sundays, a copy of which is attached to <br />these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
