007 <br />BOOK 17 PiGE 660 <br />Mrs. Thompson outlined the third and final petition by Frank C. Foushee to <br />rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use <br />District, 3.03 acres of land on the south side of Center Church Road for the location of a <br />Women's Fitness Center. <br />Attorney K. R. Hoyle outlined the procedures that must be followed for a <br />Conditional Use hearing and swore in individuals who would be speaking on behalf of <br />the petition. <br />Frank and Diane Foushee of 1115 Center Church Road spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning petition. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearings at this time. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Adams <br />moved to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
