Oil <br />aooK 17 PAGF 664 <br />RM, Residential Mixed District. The purpose of this district is to provide a place for <br />agricultural and very low-density residential uses of all types (single-family residences; multi- <br />family dwellings; mobile home parks; Class A, B, C manufactured housing). <br />RM-CU, Residential Mixed Conditional Use District. Identical to the Residential Mixed <br />District except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use or <br />development as provided in this chapter. <br />CS, Community Shopping District. The purpose of this district is to provide a place for cross- <br />roads shopping and community center shopping establishments. <br />CS-CU, Community Shopping Conditional Use District. Identical to the Community <br />Shopping District except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use or <br />development as provided in this chapter. <br />OI, Office and Institutional District. The OI District is established primarily for office and <br />institutional uses. <br />01-CU, Office and Institutional Conditional Use District. Identical to the Office and <br />Institutional District except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use <br />or development as provided in this chapter. <br />HC, Highway Commercial District. The purpose of this district is to provide a place in which <br />the principal use of land is for the retailing of durable goods, the provision of commercial <br />services to industrial areas, and the provision of services to tourists. <br />HC-CU, Highway Commercial Conditional Use District. Identical to the Highway <br />Commercial District except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use <br />or development as provided in this chapter. <br />LI, Light Industrial District. The LI District is established as a place for light industrial, <br />warehousing, and distribution and sales of large item products. <br />LI-CU, Light Industrial Conditional Use District. Identical to the Light Industrial District <br />except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use or development as <br />provided in this chapter. <br />HI, Heavy Industrial District. The HI District is designed to accommodate those industries <br />whose normal operations include dust, noise, odor, or other emissions which may be deemed <br />objectionable. <br />HI-CU, Heavy Industrial Conditional Use District. Identical to the Heavy Industrial District <br />except that a Conditional Use Permit is required as a prerequisite to any use or development as <br />provided in this chapter. <br />
