0 005 <br />0 BCOK 17 PAGE 628 <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the petition by Frank Foushee to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to <br />Highway Commercial Conditional Use District, 3.03 acres of land on the south side of <br />Center Church Road for the location of a Women's Fitness Center. Commissioner <br />Adams moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the final subdivision plat for Section 111, Phase I of the Doe Run Subdivision. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the final subdivision plat for Section III, Phase II of the Doe Run Subdivision. <br />Commissioner Adams moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the final subdivision plat for Section V of Westbrooke Subdivision. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and SaLlls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered 1999 dues for The Greater Triangle Regional Council. <br />County Manager William Cowan told the Board that lie had received an invoice in the <br />amount of $2,000, which would help find administrative activities, including staff <br />5 <br />
