Hoyle, Sr., <br />Lee County Attorney <br />Brief Description: 5.56 acres, Jonesboro Township <br />Recording: Time, Book and Page <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ) <br />COUNTY OF LEE ) <br />AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />(Not Valid Until Executed and Recorded) <br />Lee County hereby grants to Timothy Glasson and wife, Diana B. Glasson as <br />owners of a 5.56 acre of land an Amended Conditional Use Permit to conduct a cabinet <br />shop and tool supply operation on the property described in Schedule A attached hereto <br />and by this reference made a part hereof subject to all applicable provisions of the Lee <br />County Zoning Ordinance and the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to beginning construction of any additional buildings on the 5.56 acre site, <br />the applicant must secure approval of the Lee County Planning Board for any <br />future site plans provided; however, the Planning Board is not required to conduct <br />a public hearing and Mr. Glasson can make such application without the payment <br />of any fees. <br />2. If any of the conditions affixed hereto or any part thereof shall be held invalid or <br />void then this permit shall be void and of no effect. <br />3. Nothing authorized by this permit may be done until the property owner properly <br />executes and returns to Lee County the attached acknowledgment of the issuance <br />
