I'~~gpppppp <br />l~ <br />BGJ'~ <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ) <br />COUNTY OF LEE ) <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ) <br />APPLICATION OF TIMOTHY ) <br />GLASSON FOR AN AMENDED ) <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ) <br />APPLICATION NO. 1999-0402 ) <br />ORDER <br />THIS MATTER coming on to be heard by the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners on May 3, 1999 on the application of Timothy Glasson for an Amended <br />Conditional Use Permit with respect to a 5.56 acre tract of land located at 1062 Hickory <br />House Road in which the applicant seeks an amendment that will allow him to continue <br />his operation and expand his businesses of a cabinet shop and tool supply sales in the <br />areas outlined as possible growth areas as depicted on the site plan filed with his <br />application. A joint public hearing was held upon this application by the Board of <br />Commissioners and the Planning Board on April 19, 1999 at which time Mr. Glasson <br />appeared and no one appeared in opposition to his application. The Lee County Planning <br />Board has recommended approval of the amendment to include future growth areas for <br />his cabinet shop and tool and supply sales business. <br />Based upon the evidence presented, the Board of Commissioners makes the <br />following findings: <br />(1) that the use will not materially endanger the public health or safety if <br />located where proposed and developed according to the application and <br />plan as submitted and approved; <br />(2) that the use meets all required conditions and specifications; <br />(3) that the use will not substantially injure the value of adjoining or abutting <br />i7 h~,cF 66 ; <br />BEFORE THE <br />LEE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />0] 2 <br />property; and <br />
