It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Solid Waste Management Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1999 and ending on <br />June 30, 2000: <br />Miscellaneous <br />7,000 <br />1%, Surcharge on Tires <br />35,000 <br />White Goods Disposal Fee <br />20,000 <br />Interest Income <br />87,000 <br />Landfill Tipping Fee <br />187,860 <br />Rural Household Disposal/Collection Fees <br />425,000 <br />Fund Balance <br />281,337 <br />TOTAL 1,043,197 <br />SECTION 14. <br />SOLID WASTE RULES AND DISPOSAL FEES: The charge and rules for solid waste <br />disposal in Lee County shall be as follows: <br />a. The Lee County Transfer Station will only accept waste generated in Lee County.
