After some discussion, Commissioner Adams moved <br />to approve the resolution after a minor change, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: Sauls <br />Absent: Garner <br />The Chaimtan ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to one vote. <br />The Board considered two appointments to the Sanford Board of Adjustments. <br />Chairman Hincks nominated Frank Wheeler as a regular member of that Board and Paul <br />Kelly as an alternate member. Commissioner Reives moved to accept the above <br />nominations. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Garner <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a business personal property audit penalty by Trion, Inc. <br />After some discussion, Commissioner Paschal moved to defer consideration on the matter <br />until the October 4, 1999 meeting so Tax Administrator Roger Kelley could review <br />2 <br />
