5rux 7 P GE 898 <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK FINANCING COMMITTEE <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />OCTOBER 18, 1999 <br />#****8::k~~%k~:*#~:**#~~:%k*ek:k*%k:k**~I:T:**Wyk:k*****%k~k:k*:I:~:*********=k ~k ~k***ek#:k***%k*~** <br />The Industrial Park Financing Committee Work Session of the Board of <br />Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened immediately <br />following the regular meeting of the Board on said date in the Commissioners' Room, <br />106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners present were F. Hubert <br />Garner, Nathan E. Paschal, and Robert T. Reives. <br />Chairman Reives presided and the following business was transacted. <br />Chairman Reives stated that the purpose of the meeting was to decided whether to <br />proceed with a new Lee County Industrial Park and how to pay for the project. <br />County Manager William Cowan told the Committee that he had made contact <br />with the five property owners in the proposed area and no commitments had been made <br />at this time by anyone.
