Mr. Reives stated that no minority <br />business or individuals had approached him concerning this matter nor had asked him to <br />bring this matter to the table. <br />• Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing that had been advertised for this date <br />and time concerning incentives to Saiden Technologies, Inc.
