She <br />told the Board that Mr. Bob HCU(s, Lee County Economic Development Director, had <br />submitted a request for an amendment to the height regulations in the Light Industrial, <br />Heavy Industrial, and Highway Commercial Zoning Districts, as required in the Lee <br />County Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Heuts, on behalf of the Lee County Economic <br />Development Corporation, is seeking to increase the current maxinnum height of <br />buildings in the above mentioned zoning districts from 35 feet to reflect the City of <br />Sanford's height requirement standards to forty feet. Mr. Fleuts was unable to attend the <br />meeting due to another commitment. <br />No one spoke in favor of or in opposition to the request. <br />Commissioner Adams moved to adjourn the public hearings. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Garner <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted Unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
