Brafford to amend the Lee <br />County Zoning Ordinance, Article Vill, Dimensional Requirements, Section 2, Notes to <br />the Table of Areas, and Building Requirements. Mrs. Jean Reynolds of 2817 Pressley <br />Foushee Road spoke in favor of the petition for Mr. Brafford. The current requirement <br />requires lots more than 400 feet in depth to have more than 100 feet of road frontage. <br />Mr. Brafford had researched other counties concerning similar ordinances and is asking <br />that the regulation not apply to minor subdivisions. Mr. Jimmy Batchelor, Vice-President <br />of the Sanford Area Homebuilders Association, 1717 Brookcliff Drive, also spoke in <br />favor of the request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Mrs. Thompson outlined the fourth and final petition by the Lee County <br />Economic Development Corporation to amend the Lee County Zoning Ordinance, Article <br />01.4 <br />2 <br />
