Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Sauls <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />At 7:20 p.m. the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners announced that the <br />Board of Commissioners would hear anyone who wished to be heard on the questions of <br />the validity of the school bond order and the advisability of issuing the bonds.
