Youth and Adult Services Director Randell Woodruff asked that <br />the Board consider and appoint the following individuals to the Lee County Juvenile <br />Crime Prevention Council: <br />Nicole Williams Filling a statutory position <br />Judy Keith Replacing Martha Petty <br />Sean Doll Replacing Russ McBride <br />Commissioner Reives moved to accept the above nominations. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered appointments to the Board of Equalization and Review for <br />the year 2000. Tax Administrator Roger Kelley asked that the Board reappoint the <br />existing members of the Board of Equalization and Review for a one-year term. He told <br />the Board that all of the following individuals have expressed their willingness to serve <br />again on this Board: <br />Albert Adcock, Chairman <br />Max Matthews, Vice-Chairman <br />Jack Campbell <br />P. J. (Jack) McNeill <br />Angela Martin-McLeod <br />Johnny Mack Burns, I" Alternate <br />Herman Morris, 2"" Alternate <br />Commissioner Matthews asked to abstain from voting. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />allow Commissioner Matthews to abstain from voting.
