County <br />Attorney K. R. Hoyle explained the agreement to the Board and answered questions. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the lease agreement between Accenthealth and <br />the County of Lee as presented. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered matters relating to the Planning Board. Assistant <br />Community Development Director Trevis Averett asked that the Board consider and <br />approve a Letter of Credit for Upchurch Fanns Subdivision, Phase I, which is located <br />south of Swann Station Road in the Greenwood Township. Commissioner Adams <br />moved to approve a Letter of Credit for Upchurch Farms Subdivision. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of the <br />petition by Amy Strickland to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Highway <br />Commercial District, .73 acres of land at 3236 Hawkins Avenue. Commissioner Reives <br />moved to accept the recommendation of the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of the <br />petition by Richard May to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Highway <br />Commercial District, approximately three acres of land located at 3015 Jefferson Davis <br />Highway.
