Scrap tires may be disposed of without charge at the Lee County C & D Landfill <br />provided such tires meet criteria established under the Scrap Tire Policy for Lee <br />County, NC. A fee of $75.00 per ton will be charged for: <br />1. Five or more tires not accompanied by a completed scrap tire certification <br />form. <br />2. Manufacturer's reject tires for which advance disposal fees have not been <br />paid. <br />3. Tires mounted on rims. <br />4. Tires generated outside the state of North Carolina. <br />SECTION 15. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the <br />Hospitalization Trust Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending on June <br />30, 2001: <br />Hospitalization Expense 1,410,617 <br />SECTION 16. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Hospitalization Trust Fund during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending on <br />June 30, 2001: <br />Employee Contributions 260,000 <br />Contribution form General Fund 1,150,617 <br />TOTAL 1,410,617 <br />SECTION 17. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Special <br />Revenues - Schools Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending on June <br />30. 2001: <br />Debt Service Expense 1,987,297 <br />SECTION 18. It is estimated that the following revenue will be available to the <br />Special Revenue - Schools Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending <br />on June 30, 2001: <br />Local Option Sales Tax 1,523,700 <br />State Public School Funds 463,597 <br />TOTAL 1,987,297 <br />3.0% COLA <br />
