A public hearing shall be held on the question of extending the period of time <br />during which bonds and bond anticipation notes may be issued by the District <br />pursuant to the water bond order adopted by the Board on September 25, <br />1995. The public hearing shall be held on the I" day of April 2002, at 8:00 <br />a.m. in the Commissioners' Room in the Lee County Government Center, 106 <br />Hillerest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. <br />3. The Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of the water bond order to be <br />published with a notice of such hearing on the form prescribed by law in a <br />qualified newspaper no fewer than six days prior to such public hearing. <br />The motion was seconded by Commissioner Matthews and was adopted by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Sauls <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. I, Chairman Hincks moved to adjourn the Water <br />and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Sauls <br />The Chairman riled the motion had been adopted un i ously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />A.
