According to Mr. Cole, there are approximately 39 customers that have not paid <br />their bills. Mr. Cole asked that the board allow him to turn these delinquent bills over to <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle for collection. After some discussion, Commissioner Reives <br />moved for Mr. Cole to turn over all delinquent accounts for dry tap customers in the Phase <br />I Water Project to County Attorney K. R. Hoyle for collection. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Reives, and SaUIS <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />"fhe Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. 1, Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the Water <br />and Sewer District No. 1 meeting.
