Commissioners present were Herbert A. Hincks, and Nathan E. Paschal. <br />Commissioners present for the telephone conference were W. Chad Adams, F. Hubert Garner, <br />Bertha L. Matthews, and John 1. Sauls. Commissioner Robert T. Reives was unable to be reached <br />/ by telephone. <br />Chairman IIincks called the meeting to order. <br />Chairman Hincks told the Board that the special meeting had been called to consider a <br />permit for the use of pyrotechnics for the Fourth of July celebration. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to approve a permit for use of pyrotechnics in connection <br />with the conduct of a public exhibition on the Fourth of July, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Ayc: Adams, Gamer, II incks, Matthews, Paschal, and SaL115 <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to adjourn the meeting.
