Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Matthews and Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Sauls moved for Mr. Cole to amend the dry tap policy in the Phase <br />II project to allow dry taps only if the customer pays the full installation cost up front. <br />The motion included that a letter be sent to all proposed customers explaining the <br />monthly cost of $14.75 plus a late fee of $20.00 if the bill is not paid, and what will <br />happen if their bill becomes delinquent. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Reives, and SaLIIS <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Matthews and Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. 1, Commissioner Adams moved to adjourn the <br />Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting.
