Assistant <br />Community Development Director Trevis Averett told the Board that the Planning Board <br />recommended leaving the regulations for "Second Family" dwellings and the <br />replacement of manufactured homes as they Currently are in the Lee County Zoning <br />Ordinance. No action was taken on the matter. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat for Ray's Landing Subdivision located off Minter School Road. <br />Commissioner Sauls moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sails <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a matter concerning the E911 Communications Center. <br />County Manager William Cowan told the Board that the City of Sanford was requesting <br />513,465.68 from the telephone surcharge fund to upgrade cellular telephone service in the <br />E911 Communications Center. Mr. Cowan told the Board that there is currently $93,000 <br />in this fund. Commissioner Adams moved to approve the transfer of $13,465.68 from the <br />telephone surcharge fund to the City of Sanford. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />001 <br />4 <br />
