No action was taken on the matter. <br />The Board considered bids for roof replacement for the chiller room at the <br />Government Center and the San-Lee Park Nature Center. Public Works Director Kenny <br />Cole told the Board that he had received bids from the following vendors: <br />McRae Roofing, Inc. $56,420.00 <br />Asheboro, NC <br />King Roofing $43,078.00 <br />Sanford, NC <br />Baker Roofing $56,200.00 <br />Raleigh, NC <br />Mr. Cole recommended that the Board accept the low bid from King Roofing for the <br />above mentioned projects. Commissioner Sauls moved to accept the low bid of <br />$43,078.00 from King Roofing. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Flincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and SaUls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted Unanimously. <br />The Board considered bids for landscaping at the new McSwain Extension <br />Education and Agriculture Center.
