LOX 18 <br />O <br />LEE COUNTY WATER & SEWER DIS"IRJCT NO. 1 <br />WATER SYSTEM PROJECT PHASE II <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners in its capacity as the governing body of <br />the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 in its regular session assemble, approve the adoption of the <br />following budget for the Phase II of the Water System Project. <br />Section 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for the Land Acquisition, Design, and <br />Construction of a water system during the period of July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2003. <br />Section 2.
