Section 2 . The price for said lines is $149,415.00. Section 3 . Upon payment of said purchase price, the District agrees to execute and deliver to the City such documents of title for the described property as required by the City Attomey. Section 4 . This transaction is to be closed as soon as reasonably possible. ARTICLE II SALE TO DISTRICT Section 1 . The City agrees to sell and the District agrees to purchase the following water lines: (a) along Lower Moncure Road from its intersection with Riddle road to its intersection with Farrell Road being 7,000 linear feet, more or less, and the line is shown on Exhibit `B° attached hereto and to which reference is herby made for greater certainty of description; (b) line along Zion Church Road extending 1,700 linear feet, more or less, in a westerly direction from its intersection with Farrell Road, said line being shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and to which reference is hereby made for greater certainty of description; (c) together with all easements, encroachment agreements, and rights -of -way with respect to said lines. Section 2 . The price to be paid for said lines is to be determined as follows: The District shall bid the cost of constricting said lines as a part of its Phase H Project and shall pay to the City the amount bid by the lowest responsible bidder as the purchase price. It is presently estimated that the bid will approximate $130,500.00. Section 3 . Upon payment of the amount determined to be the purchase price, the City agrees to execute and deliver to the District such documents of title for the described property as required by the County Attorney. Section 4 . This transaction is to be closed as soon as reasonably possible after the determination of the purchase price.
