BOOK 18 PACE 440 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, there have been submitted at this meeting the final plans, <br />Specifications, and bid documents prepared by Hobbs, Upchurch & <br />Associates, P. A., Consulting Engineers, for the following projects in the <br />Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1, Phase II construction program. <br />1. Contract I <br />2. Contract II <br />3. Contract III <br />-Water Main Construction <br />-Water Main Construction <br />-Water Main Construction <br />WHEREAS, the Board deems it expedient to accept and approve said <br />Documents; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BET IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />Commissioners of Lee County, sitting as the governing body of the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. 1, that the documents submitted to the <br />Board on May 7` 2001, and enumerated above are approved and accepted as <br />and for the final plans, specifications and bid documents for the Phase lI <br />projects hereinbefore described. <br />This the It— day of May, 2001 <br />Herbert A.
