6COX �� PmE 4 , <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lennuond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an agreement for the purchase of water lines in the annexed <br />area of Owl's Nest Subdivision and Condor Farms, and the water lines along Lower <br />Moncure Road and Zion Church Road. Public Works Director Kenny Cole told the <br />Board that the City of Sanford has agreed to purchase the water lines in the annexed area <br />of Owl's Nest Subdivision and Condor Fanns. He also told the Board that the Water <br />District would purchase 8700 LF of water lines on the Lower Moncure Road and Zion <br />Church Road from the City of Sanford. After some discussion, Commissioner Reives <br />moved to approve the agreement between the City of Sanford and the County of Lee for <br />the purchase of the above water lines, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. He also included in the motion that if the agreement is <br />approved by the City of Sanford, customers along Lower Moncure Road and Zion <br />Church Road would be allowed to tap on to the county system for a $75.00 cost. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Water & Sewer District No. 1, <br />Commissioner Adams moved to go out of the Water & Sewer District No. 1 meeting. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />. „�� _PVT f FY , - _� <br />•' ^. �` Herbert A.
