He told the Board that there will be seventy -nine (79) miles of water line <br />constructed in the Phase It project. County Manager William Cowan asked the Board to <br />consider incorporating the Cumnock water customers into the Phase lI project, which <br />means the project would be extended outside the original approved water district. After <br />sonic discussion, Commissioner Reives moved to proceed with the Phase II Water <br />Project and incorporate the current Cumnock water customers into the project. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sards <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the Water <br />and Sewer District No. 1, Commissioner Adams moved to adjourn the Water and Sewer <br />District No. I meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sallls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
