Upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Public Works Director Kenny Cole reported to the Board that he has received <br />219 additional sign -ups for the Phase 11 Water Project since his last report to the Board in <br />February. The project has increased from 66% to 76 %, and Hobbs, Upchurch & <br />Associates will present the project to the Board for approval at the next meeting on .tune <br />19, 2000. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the Water <br />and Sewer District No. 1, Commissioner Garner moved to adjourn the Water and Sewer <br />District No. 1 meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
