® aoo�x 17 Paol 836 • <br />After discussion, Commissioner Sauls moved to accept the revised policy as submitted by <br />Mr. Cole. Chairman Hincks stated that he would like to see some examples of how the <br />Dry Tap Policy would effect other customers as well as dry tap customers. In a substitute <br />motion, Commissioner Garner moved to table the matter until the September 7, 1999 <br />meeting of this Board and that Kenny Cole present three examples of how this policy <br />would effect the County's water customers. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: Adams and Sauls <br />The Chairman ruled that the motion had been adopted by a 5 -2 vote. <br />There being no further business to come before the Lee County Water and Sewer <br />District No. 1 Governing Body, Commissioner Garner moved to adjourn the meeting. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Garner, Hincks, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled that the motion had been adopted unanimously and the <br />meeting was adjourned. <br />Herbert A.
