PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. At 6:00 p.m., a joint public hearing with the Lee County Planning Board was <br />held to consider a request to rezone a tract of land located at 1365, 1387, <br />1411, and 1427 Greenwood Road from Residential Restricted to Highway <br />Commercial. Amy McNeill, Zoning Administrator with the Sanford/Lee County <br />Planning and Development Office presented the rezoning request. The <br />rezoning application was submitted by Charles David McEvers and Rebecca <br />McEvers. The subject property is identified as Tax Parcel 9549-16-1496-00 <br />as depicted on Lee County Tax Map 9549. 01 and is illustrated as the <br />remaining portion on a survey map recorded in Plat Cabinet 7, Slide 81 F of <br />the Lee County Register of Deeds Office. At this time, Chair Dalrymple <br />opened the public hearing. <br />The following spoke in favor of the rezoning request: <br />■ Rebecca and Charles McEvers, P.O.
